Deleting your Odak account

Deleting from the app (recommended)

1. Open Odak and sign in with your account.
2. Go to Settings from the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

From the email address linked to your account, send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” to samilaltun1997@gmail.com. After we verify that the request is yours, we delete your account within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

Your account information (email address and sign-in identifier), your profile (name, username, country, about text, profile photo, XP), your focus sessions, your chat messages, the users you have blocked and the reports you have made.

Data that may be retained

• Reports made by other users about your messages (including a copy of the reported message) may be retained for as long as necessary for the safety of the community and for possible legal claims.
• Technical logs kept by our infrastructure provider are deleted automatically after a short period.
• Data kept only on your device, such as your tasks and settings, stays on your device until you delete the app.
